| Books: Author(s). Title of Book. Place of publication: Publisher, year of publication. Book with one author: Cohen, Daniel. Great Ghosts. Dutton, New York: Cobblehill Books, 1990. Book with more than one author: Collier, Christopher and James Lincoln Collier. The Civil War, 1860-1865. New York: Benchmark Books, 2000. Books with three or more authors: List the first author only followed by the phrase et al (abbreviation for "and others"). Books with a corporate author: Reader's Digest Association.
