Monday - packets will be available to pick up and turn in during the curbside pickup day. See below for details.
The front doors of the school will be unlocked on Tuesday, 7:30am-6pm for packet pickup.
Packets are available after-hours and during the week in the file box located in front of the building.
MONDAY (May 4)
This Monday we have curbside pickup arranged for families to retrieve their child’s things and receive their weekly learning materials.
To help stagger pickup, please use the following times to visit the school:
A-L last names 7:30am-10:00am
M-Z last names 10:00 - 12:30pm
All Students 4:30 - 7:00pm
Families not able to come during one of these times will be contacted to arrange pick up.
Procedures
Parents/guardians will drive up to the first checkpoint, which will be located in the bus lane near the main entrance. A staff member will:
take the name of student(s) and notify the staff inside by radio
receive anything that needs turned in (library books, textbooks, school-owned instruments, etc)
Bring their child’s learning materials to the vehicle
Parents/guardians will then pull up to the second station, which will be next to the West wing of the building (K-2 Hallway). A staff member will bring their child’s personal belongings and hand them to the family or place in a trunk or back seat
We ask that everyone remain in their vehicles. Please be prepared to hand staff library books and other school property that needs turned in.
